Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) is a service that provides transportation for patients who need to attend medical appointments but do not require emergency services.

Rides can be scheduled through a phone call or our online portal. It’s important to provide details about the pickup location, destination, and any special needs.

We use side entry Dodge Caravans with manual slide out ramps that is ada compliant. providers may use standard cars, vans, or wheelchair-accessible vehicles, depending on the needs of the passengers.

Costs can vary based on the provider, distance, and specific services. 

Generally, you may need to provide personal identification, any mobility aids (like wheelchairs), and information about your medical appointment.

It’s usually best to notify us as soon as possible, often at least 24 hours in advance.

Our drivers are NEMTAC Certified Transport Specialists that receive additional training to assist passengers with disabilities or special needs and to ensure safety during transportation.

Please let us know any special requirements during scheduling, such as needing oxygen or assistance getting in and out of the vehicle.

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
